Voluntary Workload Reduction AgreementOur Collective Agreement provides professionals with the opportunity to reduce the number of hours they work without loss of vacation or benefits. Details about voluntary workload reduction can be found under Clause 8-13.00 of our Collective Agreement.
The ADP also signed a local voluntary workload agreement with the College in August 2011.
Requests for voluntary workload reduction should be submitted to Human Resources, with copies sent to your manager and the ADP. Please note that the annual deadline to apply for a voluntary reduction in workload is April 30th.
