Collective Agreement
The rights and responsibilities of professionals employed at Dawson College (and within the greater cégep network) are governed by the collective agreement negotiated between the Fédération du personnel professionel des collèges (FPPC) and Centrale des syndicats du Québec (CSQ) acting on behalf of the unions, and the Comité patronal de négociation des collèges (CPNC) representing the employers.
