Voluntary Workload Agreement
Our Collective Agreement provides professionals with the opportunity to reduce the number of hours they work and still receive the same number of vacation days and benefits. Details about voluntary workload reduction can be found under Clause 8-13.00 of our Collective Agreement.
The ADP also signed a new local voluntary workload agreement with the College in August 2011.
Please note that the annual deadline to apply for a voluntary workload reduction is April 30th. A request for a voluntary workload reduction should be made to Human Resources with a copy for your supervisor and the ADP.
